The theme of this year’s Hamvention® is “Mentoring the Next Generation” and we won the award for our mentoring and youth outreach activities including:
- License Classes
- Tech Nights
- On the Air Activities
- Partnering with Schools to deliver Amateur Related STEM training including the High Altitude Balloon launches
- Partnering with Hudson Memorial School to contact astronaut Serena Aunon-Chancellor on the International Space Station
