I have an associate's degree in electronics technology but am currently in the IT industry and never had a chance to practice electronics much in my career. Lately I've been really getting into ham radio theory, and antenna design, and it has piqued my interest. I don't currently have a license but plan to study this coming fall / winter. Seeking knowledgeable people/mentors who can help me grow and learn more about this hobby. Have been playing around with an SDR (SDRPlay RSP-DX2) and an EFHW antenna (CHA-LEFS-8010) configured for NVIS for the past year.. Currently setting up a shack and will soon be using an IC-7300 Mark II.
