Hamvention, now at the Greene County Fairgrounds, was in the Hara Arena for decades until about 3 years ago when the Hara was closed. A few days after this year’s Hamvention, a tornado struck the area, and this is what is left of Hara. (The last few years it had been kind of a dump–a friend said, “The before and after differences are subtle”.) We can laugh since no one was hurt.
