After consulting with Skip, K1NKR on the path loss between our field day sites, it looks like we have a good shot at making a 70cm Fast Scan Digital ATV link work for Field Day.
We will be transmitting and recieving live 1080p video between the N1NC Field Day site and ours, taking turns transmitting and receiving. The picture quality is very good and it will be a fun adder to our setups.

I have an antenna for this purpose coming. Its an M2 Systems 450-50-11 Yagi for the 70cm band. The antenna has 11 elements on a 5′ boom. We will either attach it to one of the towers or mount it on one of the masts which support the Delta loops. I think that this will give us an additional “Alpha”.
