On April first (and this is not a joke),  AMSAT-India and ISRO launched a ham satellite payload into orbit.  It is a “secondary” payload as are essentially all ham satellites, but this one is a bit different:  It is attached to the PSLV rocket’s fourth stage, and it a lot bigger than a cubesat.  More information is here:

The satellite is an APRS satellite receiving and transmitting on normal space APRS frequency of 145.825.  Exactly which object it is is still being sorted out, but the consensus so far appears to be that it is object object 44104, also known as 2019-018AC.  It will eventually get into the Keps databases, possibly named AISat, but in the meantime, you can find the elements on Celestrak under new satellites:  https://www.celestrak.com/NORAD/elements/tle-new.txt .  Just search for 44104, the object number.

It appears to beacon about once/minute and I was able to pick up a nice strong signal when it passed over the Nashua area.  Have fun!
