We’d like to get the ball rolling on a Near-Space Balloon project and we’re looking for some folks in our club to help with it. The idea is to do the project as part of our youth outreach efforts. Check out the following Topics in the On The Air Forum here on our website for more about the project.

Brian has suggested that we schedule a conference call to talk about the project and how we want to start. Before we do that, I’d like to see who in the club would want to help with this. So far, Aron, Jamey, Brian, Anita and I are interested. If anyone else is interested, please reply to this post or send me an email at [email protected]. I will setup to happen sometime before the holidays.

    Hi Greg,

Great! We’ll include you on our team. Right now, the following folks have also expressed interest –

I’m planning to schedule a call for one evening this week or early next week. If folks could let me know if there are any bad days, I will try to work around these. We will avoid Thursday evening as some of us are trying to go to make it labs to check it out for a possible future youth event. May try for something at 9 pm on Wednesday, Dec. 14th. Stay tuned…
