Motorola VRM 850 – STM-32 Repeater

I just setup a repeater using two Motorola VRM 850’s and an STM-32 duplex board MMDVM – everything works great except I cannot RX to a Hytera PD782? Works fine with radioddity AT10’s and Maxon, but I get nothing on a hytera. Any ideas on this?

I primarily work with stock Motorola repeaters, but there have been some issues with hex editing code plugs on Motorola repeaters “to get them into ham bands”, when they were originally out-of-band.  The Hytera radios did not work, but Motorolas and other models did work.

I actually posted it there also, just wondering if anyone else had an issue. Do you know, were all of these VRM 850 outside of HAM? I know ones selling on eBay were in the 800 mHz.

I am not familiar with the VRM850.  Only other thought is to post on the GEMOTO email group.
