Is there an OO in the club?

    Looking to see if there is an Official Observer in the club, or if someone knows who might be one nearby.  Just wanted to let him/her know that I am occasionally using the satellite bands for testing a satellite.  Usually I use a dummy load, but that is not always good enough.   I do use an ID when out on an antenna, but terrestrial use is not exactly according to the band plan.

    I don’t think that we have an OO on our club at this time. Might be best to try the ARRL website – I am sure there is one in the area.
