Looking to see if there is an Official Observer in the club, or if someone knows who might be one nearby. Just wanted to let him/her know that I am occasionally using the satellite bands for testing a satellite. Usually I use a dummy load, but that is not always good enough. I do use an ID when out on an antenna, but terrestrial use is not exactly according to the band plan.
