I came across the following website with lots of small project schematics and ideas that some of our builders might find interesting. The circuits cover a wide range of topics, transmitters, receivers, test circuits, stripline and microwave, etc.
I only had time to look at a couple of items, but thought some of you might want to bookmark this link for future reference:
Another helpful link for those looking to restore vintage equipment is called Boat Anchors Manual Archive. I was able to find a free owners manual there for an older model transmitter that I owned when I was in High School.October 18, 2016 at 11:28 am #5998
Another interesting e-magazine is called TALKING ELECTRONICS by Colin Mitchell.
Colin created TALKING ELECTRONICS magazine back in the 1980’s Australia to help educate those interested in electronics. The website provides lots of information and circuits for those that wish to learn electronics and gain some insights into practical construction techniques. Just scroll down the left side column on the interactive index page to sample and explore some of the available documentation:
Might be a great way to get the youngsters interested.
