Below is the course description for a workshop I am teaching which I think could be of interest to your members that are active in field day and public service events.

“W4 Tactical Communications for Events & Disasters – Blocks C/D
More than 95% of all ARES communications are by voice, so we need to do it well. This course will build a skill set for quick, clear and accurate messaging. It will also cover suggestions for operating in the field, radio setup, net efficiency, error reduction, and working with our served agency partners in a complex and fast-moving environment.

Howard Chain K9NPD, former AEC, first responder, and emergency communications
    consultant is your instructor..”
