People who are willing to step up and take a significant role are still needed. We still need station masters for the following stations:

All CW Stations except 20 & 40 CW
40 CW on Saturday Evening around 6PM for 1 hour
(John's feeding time)
20 CW on Saturday Night between 3 and 5 AM local time
(Ernie's not as young as he used to be)

Yes you read that right. No one has committed to head up any tear down activities. If we can't clean it up, it's not going up in the first place. This could be a showstopper!

We have no confirmed ground crew!!!!!

We need 10 people to set up or tear down a tower. With 4 towers that comes to 80 bodies. You can be on more than one ground crew. You can work setup and teardown. It doesn't have to be a major commitment. Just 4 or 5 hours Sumday afternoon will make a major difference. Send Fletch, N1MEO (603-654-5838) some email with what jobs you'd like to do. It's a great learning opportunity.

1200 MHz FM (or all mode) transceiver
Spare HF Rigs.
Fire extinguishers - For the Kitchen and Generator areas.
