Novice/Tech Class

The long awaited Novice and Technician Plus class will soon be a reality. The class will meet in the Chandler Library on Main Street in Nashua. Class will be Wednesdays from 7:00 to 9:00 PM. The first class is October 1st, and the course will last about ten weeks. Currently, the last class will be the 3rd of December. There will be an exam session in Nashua, Saturday, December 13th.

We'll be using the upstairs room in the library that faces Main Street. Students are responsible for obtaining the study material for this course, which will be the book "Now Your Talking", published by the ARRL. It must be the 3rd edition (brown cover), and for those studying the code you must also get the tape "Your Introduction to Morse Code". I hope to have a class syllabus available in early September.

Seating is limited to 10, first come, first served, so register early. Register by calling Bob Fyfe, KD1AW at 603-465-2674 or via email at kd1aw@ici.net. You can also register through the club’s web pages at: http://www.n1fd.org/forms/narclass.html.
