There is also a club Internet remailer. A remailer is an email (electronic mail) list. By sending email to the address narc@bbn.com it is resent to every person who has subscribed to the NARC mailing list. If you want to subscribe, send an email either to narc-request@bbn.com or to levin@bbn.com asking to be put on the NARC list. This is not an automatic listserver. Joel, KD1ON manually updates it so there is no specific format for the request. Just ask.
