President, Don, KA1GOZ, opened December, 1995 Bored of Directors meeting by calling for the treasurer’s report. The report was given by Jim, WW1Y. On a motion by Jim, seconded by Fletch, N1MEO, the treasurer’s report was accepted as presented.

Old Business:

There being no secretary, the secretary being absent, the secretary’s report was dispensed with. Also absent was membership coordinator Joel, KD1ON.

Incoming new board members present included: President, John, WS1E; and treasurer, George, WA1DEI.

In other business, Stu, N1STY, activities coordinator, reported on the Field day T- shirt project, noting that more than 40 had been ordered already.

Fletch announced plans to establish a slow- speed CW net operating weekly on Wednesday evenings, beginning at 8 p.m. on 28.4 MHz. He also reported plans were underway to develop CW and license upgrade classes.

Jim noted plans were in the works to develop an intensive two-day regional No- Code Technician course in conjunction with Glenn, WA1HMF.

In other old business, Jim reported he was still working on the QSL cards both to replace those of N1NH which the club has used for Field Day, and printing some for the club station, WB1FFZ, which has been used for special projects such as the Scout Jamboree.

Chris, KA1SIE, reported he had inquired of the Nashua Public Library concerning their needs as far as amateur radio publications were concerned, but had not received a return call.
