David Upton, WB1CMF, author of the "View From Signal Hill", which appears regularly in this bulletin is among the guest lecturers at the New England ARRL Division Convention in Manchester in July. Dave will be discussing the 902 and 2400 MHz bands, including "How to get started", "What's out there already?", and "Tricks and Tips". Also planned is a display of home-brew 902 and 2400 MHz equipment.
