        Hi Jon,

I am interested in helping out, but won’t be able to attend many of the meetings due to the work schedule.

          Dennis,

I have traveled several times to Tucson with my KX2 and buddipole and have not had a problem. Same as the other state, just keep the batteries in your carry-on luggage.

If you have some free time you should visit this:  https://www.gvarc.us/titan-missile-museum.html

          Have fun!

            Hi Craig,

I would like to participate in Winter Field Day as well. I’m not sure what my set up will be, but I’m thinking of operating mobile – stationary mobile – and will probably have Abby (AB1BY) and/or Connor (KC1GGX) with me as well.

              Hi Fred,

The fox is loose in Mine Falls Park in Nashua. It will be out tomorrow as well!

Abby, Connor and I are all interested. I could take one more and hopefully will have my 7100 back in the car by then so we can work mobile HF on the ride!

Awesome! I wish I could join in, but unfortunately I have to work.  If you get a chance post the frequency and I will try to get on the air and chase you!

We are now all set for a projector screen for tonight.

                    Thank you!

Again, thank you for all the help. I am getting closer! I now have control of the radio. I can change the frequency and it will change is WSJT-X as well! I am decoding signals nicely, but still can not transmit. I get the tone from the monitor as though I am transmitting, but nothing from the radio itself. If I turn the AF all the way up and the mic all the way up I get the transmit light to flicker on and off, but that happens as it’s transmitting and as it is receiving.

I’m not sure if I’ve got something mixed up with the settings in the radio or if I’ve got something wrong in the settings for WSJT-X.

I’ll keep tinkering and hopefully get it working. I am encouraged that I am closer tonight than I was last night.

                      73!

Thanks for the help guys! I’ll give this a shot tonight when I get home and play with it a little.
