I’ve looked at us-8014 several times. I always took it as a point on the map but the description is very confusing. Most Parks have well defined boundary’s and as a point on the map it isn’t even close to Mine Falls however, the Nashua Wild and Scenic Rivers Way includes 52.8 miles of rivers passing through New Hampshire and Massachusetts which actually would seem to include, as you mentioned, any place within 100 feet along those waterways.
