WSJTX handles CQ well

WSJTX has a neat optimization that I just learned after 7000 Q’s.

Clicking “Enable Tx” immediately after logging a contact normally calls CQ.  But if a one or more other stations call before the CQ goes out, then WSJTX will skip the CQ and call the station calling.  I had thought it would call CQ regardless and waste a cycle.
