Has anyone from the Nashua Area Radio Society considered putting Allstar on one of the repeaters so remote members can link to it and participate in the weekly nets?
If not perhaps someone could.
For me it would help me obtain much more value in being a club member.

The weekly repeater net is also available on Echo Link ( http://www.echolink.org/ ) over the internet, as briefly mentioned in https://www.n1fd.org/nets/ . Look for the repeater network N1IMO-R. Hope you can join us there.

Thanks for the information about Echolink. I have the app on my phone. I tried it once to verify it works and that’s about it since I have never needed it. I have heard others use it though on our local repeaters and am not impressed with the audio quality compared to Allstar. But I guess it is better than nothing. Wasn’t meant to be a rant. Just sharing information. Having not been connected too well yet to know who in the club might be familiar with Allstar.
