      Stay hydrated!

      • Water and other drinks will be available in the food area

Have sun protection (clothing or sun-block) and insect repellent

      • be careful if using repellent with DEET – clean your hands before using ANY radio gear as DEET can damage surfaces/screens

      If you’re working tower setup/breakdown

      • gloves, closed-toed shoes (work boots preferable) are required. hard hats too…
      • AND, please pay attention to the work going on at all times
        • lots of time for socializing after setup is done!

      Observe/Obey taped-off areas!

      • Stay out of the tower fall-zones and out of antenna fields…

To borrow a line from Homeland (paraphrasing):

      • If you see something that doesn’t look right, say something to one of safety folks or station leads

Please keep the site clean during the event

      • That will make it easier to finish up on Sunday!

      Weather:

Saturday and Sunday are looking pretty good

      • But this is New England, be prepared for either warmer or cooler temperatures and rain

Summary of the current forecast is for: (always subject to change!)

      • Thursday evening – rain w/ possible (likely?) thunderstorms
      • Friday – showers in the morning but clearing around/after lunch
