Shortwave Radio Frequency File For Ham Radio Deluxe

I have been using Ham Radio Deluxe (HRD) for some time including the shortwave frequency function that uses a text file format. I have used a text file format from ILGR out of Germany because of the completeness and detail. According to the creator  HRD apparently has made some changes and HRD no longer interprets the text file very well rendering the file rather useless. HRD has no plans to fix the issue. Does anyone who uses HRD know of any  other sources that provide detailed shortwave text files that work with HRD? Are there any recommendations other than HRD to scan shortwave frequencies from a text or other file format?
