If you wish to respond to a forum post, please do not reply to the email that you receive. That email will not go to the person who posted the message – it will only go to the webmaster.
To reply to a forum post, login to the website and then follow the link to the forum post which is in the email. Then scroll down in the post to where it says “Reply To: …” and add your reply to the text box below it. Then just click on the green Submit button to submit your reply.
