Local Ares group (Nassau county Florida) attempting to setup VHF operator network to pass messages using 155.15 MHz simplex when SHTF – no repeaters, no electricity, etc. Located on Atlantic coast just south of GA border (Amelia Island).

I have 30 ft fiberglass push-up pole from HRO.

      I have AT-878UVII Plus HT – max output 7 W on VHF.

Dipole calculator says leg length 18.1 in.

Any suggestions how to hang dipole vertical from top of pole?

Any vendor references for parts to build dipole?

Any suggestions for EFHW hanging from pole?

      Thank you.
