      Hello Everyone,

Well, the day has finally come to put up our new tower! Matt, KC1XX will be here to put up our new house bracketed tower tomorrow (Wednesday, Oct. 31) at around 9 am. The tower will be bracketed to our house and will be up 36′ above grade with a 10′ mast on top. The goal for tomorrow is to get the house bracket installed and the tower up. We’ll also be installing the mast and a rotator. We may also change some antennas on our current 100′ tower if there is time.

NARS members are welcome to join us at our QTH to be part of the project.

I have some useful information on the page linked below including the Rohn specs for tower installation.
