Summer Tech License Class at Hudson Memorial School[/caption]We will be holding a Summer License Class and Ham Camp on July 29th through August 1st at Hudson Memorial School. The class is geared toward students and teachers but is open to anyone interested in a Technician License Class.
There is pre-study required, which is to purchase and read the Gordon West Technician Class book and complete an open book fill in the blanks assignment.
The class starts at 9:00 am and ends at 4:00 pm each day and consists of classroom instruction and demos each day. Some of the demos include remote HF operation using Voice and Digital Modes, Fox Hunting, Setting up a Portable Station, Making Repeater Contacts, Building and Tuning a Buddipole Antenna.
