New Ham Boot Camp – Sessions 2 and 3

The next session of Boot Camp will be held on Saturday, March 16th at Fred, AB1OC, and Anita, AB1QB’s QTH and will include the following activities:

• Satellite Operating Session
• Learn to operate using Digital Modes
• HF GOTA
• SOTA/Portable Operating Intro
• NARS Learning Resource Walkthrough

It will start right after the Club Breakfast, which will be at the Hollis Country Kitchen.  Any member is welcome to join us, even if you were not able to attend session 1. If you did not make the first session and would like to register, please contact Anita, AB1QB at [email protected].

We will also give out kits for the VHF Ground Plane antenna.  We ask that you donate $15 to the club to get your kit.

Session 3 will be our trip to Ham Radio Outlet in Salem, NH.  HRO will be open exclusively to NARS on Tuesday, March 19th starting at 6:30 pm. We will have elmers there to explain the equipment to you.
