The first session of New Ham Boot Camp was held on Saturday, March 9th. The first session included the following activities:
- HT Programming
- Station Tour including Antenna Towers and Mobile Stations
- Echolink Setup and Use
- Satellite Operating Demo
- Antenna Demo
- Practice QSOs and Repeater Net

The next session of Boot Camp will be held on Saturday, March 16th at Fred, AB1OC, and Anita, AB1QB’s QTH and will include the following activities:
- Satellite Operating Session
- Learn to operate using Digital Modes
- HF GOTA
- SOTA/Portable Operating Intro
- NARS Learning Resource Walkthrough
It will start right after the Club Breakfast, which will be at the Hollis Country Kitchen. Any member is welcome to join us, even if you were not able to attend session 1. If you did not make the first session and would like to register, please contact Anita, AB1QB at [email protected].
