ARRL Field Day is Saturday and Sunday, June 27th and 28th. As discussed in our June Tech Night, we will hold several activities to help club members who are operating in Field Day to get Bonus Points.
Per the recent ARRL temporary rule changes, individual operations can specify a club membership with their submission. ARRL will publish a total score for each club which is the total of all members who specified that club in their submission.
Here are some activities we will hold to help members to get Bonus Points during Field Day.
- June 21st 7:30pm – Practice Messaging Net during our regular weekly VHF Repeater net
- June 27th 1:00pm – Zoom Meeting with Elected Official and Agency Representatives
- June 28th 12:00pm – Messaging Net for Bonus Points
If you missed the June Tech Night, you can watch the live stream on our Facebook page. The video will be published to N1FD.org sometime this weekend.
We will also submit a publicity request to a local newspaper and will mention all members who are planning to operate for Field Day.
If you are planning to operate in Field Day and would like to join our activities, please register by sending an email to [email protected] and include the activities that you would like to be included in (Messaging Practice Net, Virtual Meeting with Elected Official and Agency Rep, Field Day Messaging Net and/or Publicity Request).
