Hello Everyone,
The service that hosts our website, n1fd.org, has been doing a series of upgrades to the software which underpins n1fd.org. They have been having some problems with their software infrastructure as a result of these upgrades.
Some of their problems are showing up as 500 errors when folks try to access our website. 500, 503, and 524 errors are all examples of this problem.
The fundamental problem is related to issues in the caching software which is used as part of our web hoster’s software stack. Unfortunately, the issues they are having result in some user’s browser cache becoming corrupted. This then results in 5xx errors when the browser with the corrupted cache tries to access n1fd.org again.
The best way to resolve these problems if you see them is to completely clear your browser’s cache including your cookies. All popular web browsers have the ability to clear their caches. The exact way to do this is a little different for each one. Here’s a link to an article that explains how to clear the cache in most popular browsers –

If you are seeing 5xx errors when trying to access n1fd.org, please try clearing your cache including the cookies. If this does not work for you, please let us know via an email to [email protected].
We are actively working with our web hosting service to ensure that these issues are cleared up. We expect that they will work themselves out in a reasonably short period of time.
Thank you to everyone for your patience.
