Member needs help getting VHF radio on the air

Hi all,

I was contacted by a member in Merrimack, NH who is in need of someone to help him get his VHF radio installed and on the air.  Due to apartment restrictions, the antenna is a mobile antenna used inside his apartmet.

What is needed…

Cut the coax to length and solder on a new PL-259 connector
Evaluate the SWR and adjust the antenna as necessary.
