The March 2020 Tech Night will be a kit build of the QRPGuys KD1JV Code Trainer. If you would like to see it here’s a link to their website:

I have pre-bought (25) of the QRPGuys code trainers and will have them for sale at the March 10, 2020 Tech Night at cost for $20.00. This is a great little kit to practice sending and receiving code. It is an easy build with only through hole parts to solder.
I made copies of the assembly instructions. I also bought CR2032 batteries which I will include. The kits will also require an external small speaker and a paddle or straight key with 3.5mm plugs. (not included)
Things to bring: soldering iron, solder, cutters, pliers, soldering aid, helping hands( board holder).
