Hi all:  I wonder if anyone might be willing to help me and AMSAT by loaning us an upconverter, or maybe a small L-band tx that we could use as part of testing Fox-1D, an FM repeater satellite which will be launched on PSLV from India next year. One of its features is an L-Band uplink, which we need to test after it has gone through its vibration test.

We would only need it for about a week (really a few days plus setup), the testing would be local, and the dates are currently in August although it might change.

      Thanks!

The required frequency is 1267.350 MHz, by the way.
