Here are some links to get information on Lodging at the Dayton Hamvention.
The Hamvention website has a Travel and Accommodations page that includes lodging that they recommend as well as links to the Dayton and Green County Convention and Visitors Bureaus. You can find this information at https://hamvention.org/travel-parking/accommodation/
In addition, you can visit a travel site such as Hotels.com or Booking.com to get a list of hotels with availability during the Hamvention. Here is a link to a search on Booking.com for hotels near Xenia, OH with availability for 1 room for 2 adults from Thursday, May 16 thru Sunday, May 19th. From here you can adjust the search to match your own plans. You can do a similar search on other travel sites.
Is anyone flying out and ending up somewhere besides Dayton (like Cincinnati, Columbus, or Indianapolis? (Southwest Airlines stopped flying to Dayton, and I am kind of fond of them, plus have a bit of credit to use).
I’m still figuring out details, but let me know if you are considering going to one of those cities–if it all works out, we might share a car to Dayton (Zenia).
