The foxes were released this morning in Mine Falls Park. I posted from my phone, but it doesn’t seem to have landed here.

There are two foxes. Fox 1 is in an ammo can and looks like this:

Fox 1 is transmitting on a frequency of 146.535 MHz and does still have some holiday cheer inside!

The second fox is the micro fox and is transmitting on a frequency of 147.435 MHz. This fox is tiny and is hidden on the trail – you literally won’t have to step off the main trail. Since it is on the main trail it is very well hidden – think of a geocache hide when you are searching (look in holes in trees).

You can also hear both foxes from each location although fox 2 is a little hard to hear from fox 1, but fox 1 is easily heard from fox 2. Please post here if you find one or both!

      Happy hunting!

      Hi Jamey,

      My wife & I found Fox 1 – in 35 minutes.

I did not know the tiny fox frequency & had started late in the day.

      Great fun thank you,

      Ari – WB1ABC
