I’ll be letting the foxes loose tomorrow morning somewhere in Nashua before the club breakfast! There will be three, yes three, foxes to chase and you should be able to hear them from a very big area in Nashua. The foxes will be available by 8:30 on Saturday until 8:00 pm on Saturday and 8:30 am on Sunday until 7:00 pm on Sunday.

I have two tape measure yagis and an elk antenna that people are welcome to borrow or if anyone would like to get together and hunt as a team post here. This would be fun to do as a team!

Here’s some information you’ll need to know:

      Poppa Fox: Frequency – 146.565 MHz  Identifier – N1FD/FOX1  Power – 500 mW

      Momma Fox: Frequency – 146.535 MHz  Identifier -N1FD/FOX2  Power – 15 mW

      Baby Fox: Frequency – 146.505 MHz  Identifier – N1FD/FOX3  Power – 15 mW

All three foxes will be in the same general area and there will be no need for bushwhacking – all foxes will be within a few feet of a trail. This should be fun for hunters of all ages and abilities.

I will be posting a spoiler post separately later for those of you who would like some subtle (and not so subtle) hints as to where the fox might be.

      Happy Hunting!
