Well, there is mixed news as of this morning. The project flight path of this coming Saturday is in a workable direction but the landing site is projected to be on Mt. Washington. This are would be difficult to reach to recover the HAB. Also, the weather for Saturday does not look very good at this time. If the path changes in the right direction and the weather improves, we might still be able to launch. Watch for a final update on Thursday. We are also going to establish some additional launch windows for HAB-4 in case we are not able to launch on Saturday. Here are the new set of launch windows:
- Sunday, May 5
- Saturday, May 11
- Saturday, May 25 or Sunday, May 26
- Saturday, June 1 or Sunday, June 2
- Saturday, June 8 or Sunday, June 9
Here is the current HAB-4 Path prediction for Saturday, April 20th:

I had hoped that by waiting to this morning, we might find a break in the weather for tomorrow but this is not to be. The path predictions support a launch tomorrow but the weather does not. We’ll target the next Launch window which is Sunday, May 5th. Have a great Easter!
