Hi, I am a new member, I know a bit of theory but do not have a lot of experience, and have a Kenwood TS590 which I am seeing about getting repaired but also have an ANYTONE 878 DMR radio. I moved here from the midwest and need to update the code plug for the area. Would any of you have the code plug for the Nashua range repeaters for DMR. Thanks Much! Simon NY1K.

I don’t do any DMR, but someone just sent me this site this week encouraging me to try it out. HTH
June 6, 2024 at 7:43 am #156629Thank you. If I can get the right code plug it is not to hard to download and get it working. And will share what I learned. If I have to build it from scratch it requires getting the repeaters frequencies and offsets similar to analog and then setting up a time slot and color, for time division multiplexing. It is easier than it sounds but one needs the information on the DMR repeater, usually listed and one needs to make sure you are on the right slot because it my have a double use such as commercial slots. Thank you again, if I get it working will share with this group. This assumes there are DMR repeaters in range. I have to check the data base. If anyone on this board has one it would be great to get the information up front. Thanks again.
June 6, 2024 at 7:10 pm #156641There are local DMR repeaters in Hudson, Derry, Chester, Goffstown, Francestown, Chelmsford and Haverhill. A total of 95 repeaters in the networked New England NEDECN. See: https://nedecn.org/ for more information.
