Interested in being a VHF Rover for Winter Field Day? You don’t need a truck like the VHF Contest rover above. All you need is an HT and a Laptop, and we can provide them.

Winter Field Day Rover Test[/caption]Come to Dartmouth Hitchcock this Sunday and we will show you how to make VHF contacts – SSB, Digital, and CW – using an HT and a Laptop. If it sounds interesting, we’ll sign you up for a timeslot as a Rover for Winter Field Day on Saturday, January 25th and Sunday, January 26th. You can operate in Winter Field Day from the warmth of your vehicle.
The training will be held on Sunday, January 19th starting at 11:15 am at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Nashua. We will meet in the conference room on the lower level. A Pizza Lunch will be provided. Hope to see you there!
