The jetstream conditions are going to allow us to launch HAB-3 locally from the Hollis-Brookline HS here in Hollis, NH! Our HAB-3 students and their teachers will be launching HAB-3 between 10 am and 11 am this Sunday, June 3rd from the Hollis-Brookline HS here in Hollis, NH. All NARS members are invited to come out Sunday and join us for the launch.

You can see where the HBHS is (we held Field Day at HBHS the last couple of years) and get driving directions here. We will be tracking the HAB from Anita’s and my QTH after the launch.

You can track HAB-3 while it is in flight by going to https://aprs.fi and entering N1FD-11 in the callsign box. You can find some more information about our HAB and how to track it here.

We will also be live streaming video from the launch and recovery to the N1FD Facebook page.

Don’t miss this opportunity to experience a HAB launch and the chance to track our balloon in flight!
