I installed an upgrade to my Ham Radio Deluxe logging software. After a couple of tried is completely from the program rendering it unuseable. So I wrote a problem ticket to them. They said my 1-year of tech support has expired and I must pay $55 for another year. I responded that they should work out the bugs before putting out updates and fix it. Their curt reply was, “Sorry, can’t help you.” Apparently I am not alone.
HRD cost $100 so I expected few if any problems although the software is quite buggy. I you are using HRD then great. However if you are considering purchase, before plunking down your hared earned monies, I suggest you see the following links:
