I’ve submitted my support for the bill, and provided Fred with a copy of my CC&R. The language in my agreement forbid all antennas (not protected by OTARD). I have had to resort to temporary, stealthy setups. It’s been one of the biggest barriers for me to commit to participating in ARES or other public service operations.
Hopefully we will be successful and get this one through!
Developers of properties with HOA’s are required by state law to develop CC&R’s and I believe they are required to file them with, probably, the Secretary of State’s office. (A lot of weasel words in here, since I haven’t looked at the statute in years.) That could be another resource if someone has the time.
