I live a rural area and not in range of any C4FM/FSC/Wires-x or DMR repeaters or reflectors. I purchased a Yaesu FT-70DR and an OpenSpot2 hotspot that I want to use to acccess those repeaters/reflectors. I am having trouble configuring the radio to access Wires-x by pressing the F (function key) and the AMS (auto mode select key) per the radio manual. The radio just times out. The OpenSpot2 to be connected to the America Link. Below is info from the OpenSpot2 status window. I’m not sure what I am doing wrong.

      Status:                                      ● connected
Background conn. status:        ● DAPNET | ● APRS
      Active config profile:              1 (default)
      Active connector:                     FCS
      Modem mode:                          C4FM
      Modem RX/TX frequency, power:  433.900000/433.900000 100%
      Server address:                         fcs002.xreflector.net
      Connected to:                           FCS002/090 (America-Link-WiresX)

      FCS server:                                status last heard

I am having a similar issue with my FT 70D, only with the OpenSpot3.
