Minutes from the March 27th Executive
Board meeting and the April 3rd Club Meeting

March 27th Bored meeting

Meeting was called to order at 7pm by Don Hornbeck, K1EER. Board members present were K1CWZ, N1DMA, N1SUE N1ZYZ and N1HAJ. N1ZYZ accepted the secretary’s report and N1SUE seconded it as published. N1ZYZ reported that the club has a balance of $2949.21 in the bank. N1HAJ accepted the treasurer’s report and N1SUE seconded it. N1SUE reported that we have 185 current members. N1ZYZ accepted the membership report and N1SUE seconded it.

N1HAJ reported that two sample shirts, a denim long-sleeved and a polo style have been ordered with the club logo. They will be on display at the next meeting for orders. T-shirts are being ordered also.

There was discussion regarding type and amount of coax the club should purchase. This will be resolved at the April meeting.

N1MEO, WW1Y and AK1K gave a report on the Hollis High School location for field day. They feel the site will work out okay. There was a lot of discussion regarding the amount of help needed for teardown after field day is over. Concerns were expressed over the size of field day and safety issues.

The board meetings will be held at the QTH of N1HAJ until further notice.

Meeting was adjourned at 8:55pm.

April 3rd Club meeting
