On a motion made by Mark, and seconded by Chris, the Secretary’s report was accepted as published in the previous bulletin.
Treasurer Mark noted that the current club account balance was $3223.18. Mark also mentioned that there is money in the budget for T-Shirts, and we need to determine whether or not we are going to do anything with that. The matter will be discussed at the next meeting. On a motion made by Chris and seconded by Gary, the Treasurer’s report was accepted.
Membership coordinator Tracy was unable to attend the meeting, but reported to Mike that the current club membership stood at 170 members in good standing.
For Activities, Neil reminded everyone of the upcoming Christmas Party.
Under Programs, Gary reported that the December meeting topic would be Awards and Elections, and that the January meeting topic was the customary Projects Night.
Under New Business, it was noted that the ballots for the upcoming election should have a line on them for write-in candidates.
On a motion made by Mark and seconded by Gary, the meeting was adjourned at 7:46.
