It’s time for the Nashua Area Radio Club Christmas party. It is Saturday, December 7th at 7:00 PM at the Horsepond Fish and Game Club, Horsepond Avenue, Nashua (Right off Broad Street, Exit 6W from the Everett Tpke). As usual the meal will be a potluck supper. Each family should bring an appetizer, salad, main dish, or dessert. Sign up for one when you buy your tickets. Remember to bring a serving utensil, pan holder, and Sterno if required. Tickets are $7.00 per adult and $2.50 per child and will be available at the December club meeting, from any board member, and at the door. Drink set-ups will be provided, i.e. BYOB.
Again the highlight of the evening will be Pauline, KA1LDF’s Famous Yankee Swap. If you wish to participate please bring a wrapped gift (suggested limit $10) labeled appropriately for a man, woman, or either. Because of some confusion in the past, parents please bring a wrapped gift for your child labeled with their name. These will not be part of the Yankee Swap, but will be given to each child. Volunteers are needed for the decorating committee and clean-up crew. See Gene, WA1UXA at the meeting. Mark your calendars early and plan to attend this year-ending event.
