The Nashua Area Radio Society provides many programs designed to enhance the lives of our members and our community. We have a particular focus on bringing new people into the Amateur Radio Service and providing education and training in the Technical, Operational and Emergency Communications aspects of Amateur Radio.
To achieve these goals, we provide license training classes and testing sessions, monthly technical training and many other learning experiences for our members and for members of our community. We have a particular focus on bringing younger people into the Amateur Radio Service as a means to build interest in Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) careers for young people in our community.
Our organization has been investing heavily in these programs as well as the equipment and tools that we need to support them. Thanks to the generosity of our members and other supporters, we have been able to provide these services to many members of the Amateur Radio Community as well as to the general public.
We hope that you will consider making a donation to help us with our efforts. In particular, we can use financial help in areas such as:
- Support for providing Amateur Radio license classes
- Youth Outreach Activities which provide STEM experiences for young people through Amateur Radio including our High Altitude Balloon Project
- Investments in Amateur Radio equipment to support operations such as our annual Field Day and similar activities which provide training opportunities and enhance our operational skills and emergency preparedness
- Investments in recruiting and member communications infrastructure designed to build our membership and our ability to provide services to the Amateur Radio Service and to our community
You can provide your donation via PayPal below. Thank you very much for your consideration and support. We very much appreciate both!
