Pre-Event Organizing Begins: May 12, 7:30 pm at Nashua Library (Hunt Room)
May 26, 7 pm at Nashua Library (Music/Art/Media Wing)
May 30, 9 am, equipment check at BOB equipment trailer in Nashua. Check into the 147.045 + MHz repeater to coordinate.
June 9, 7 pm at Nashua Library (Hunt Room)
June 23, 7 pm at Nashua Library (NPL Theater, downstairs)
Friday June 26, 9:30 am at BOB equipment trailer in Nashua. Lunch at MR G's, Merrimack, NH. Check into the 147.045 + MHz repeater to coordinate.
On-Site Setup Begins: Friday, June 26, 2 pm
Saturday, June 27
On the Air Time Period: Begins Saturday June 27, 2 pm EDT
Ends to Sunday June 28, 2 pm EDT
Tear-down begins at 2 pm EDT.

Field Day Meals:

Field Day is always the fourth full weekend in June. This year it runs from Saturday June 27 through Sunday June 28. NARC is again using Wasserman Park, Merrimack, NH for Field Day this year. This is a nice site with indoor plumbing and kitchen facilities.

Meals at the Wasserman Field Day site will be provided by the Nashua Red Cross this year. Meal pricing is as follows:

Saturday 12 pm to 1 pm Hamburgers & hotdogs Lunch $6
Saturday 5 pm to 6 pm Chicken, Hamburgers & Hotdogs Dinner $9
Sunday 8 am to 9 am Pancakes, eggs & sausage Breakfast $5
Sunday 12 pm to 1 pm Chili, macaroni & cheese Lunch $4

Discount price for all meals $20

Please purchase meal tickets at the club meeting on June 1st. Tickets may also be purchased by mail. Please specify which meals that you wish to purchase a ticket for. Mail orders must be received by June 15th to guarantee availability. Tickets purchased by mail will available for pickup at the field day site. Tickets are non-refundable as food purchases will be determined by tickets purchased.
