Star Party Report

The Star Party was held on October 21at the Amateur Telescope Makers of Boston (ATMoB) site. This site is located off of route 40 in Westford, Massachusetts at the Haystack observatory. Anyone interested in the ATMOB may contact Ed NM1N or visit their web site at http://www.atmob.org. We had 17-club members show. It was a beautiful fall evening and the views of Jupiter and Saturn were great in the 17-inch telescope. We also looked at some Messier objects (galaxies) and were treated to an aurora later in the evening.

Thanks to Ed Los, NM1N, an ATMOB member, for setting up this event.
