“The Main Event”

Get ready for the ultimate exercise in amateur emergency preparedness. Incident commander Fletch Seagroves, N1MEO, will reveal the club’s detailed plans about this year's field day operation. Want to get join in on the fun? Numerous positions for station masters and operators are still open for most bands. There will be something for every one to do, whether it’s operating, setting up, breaking down, eating (everyone’s favorite activity), camping, making friends and/or all the above. Please plan to attend this informative meeting.

A special thanks and appreciation to April’s guest speaker Ray Faucher, KB1SO. If you missed this one, Ray’s presentation concerned topics related to amateur radio contesting. He talked about the different contests and the rules involved. Also, Ray showed the crowd pictures of his impressive antenna farm. Everyone attending enjoyed this presentation. It serves as a prelude to July’s scheduled meeting on QSLing. Stay tuned for more information on exclusive NARC programs. You don’t have to be a member of the club to share in the fun. Join us at the Nashua Public Library for this meeting of the Nashua Area Radio Club.

Your favorite topics make next month’s program!! Tell me about them.

See you at the meeting! de Gary, W1GRY
